As we move into the winter season, we wanted to let you know that we have made a change to our Inclement Weather policy. Changes are highlighted in yellow. If weather conditions are questionable, please check your email before leaving for school. We do not want you to travel here to find out we are closed.
Inclement Weather
We are closed for inclement weather when 27-J schools, Bromley East Charter or Adams County Government offices are closed for weather conditions. If 27-J, Bromley or Adams County Government offices call for a late start, we will do the same. That means FirstArt will delay opening until 10:00 AM. This will result in the following schedule changes.
- FirstArt will open at 10:00 AM
- No Part-time 15-hour classes (T-F 8:45-12:30PM)
- No Before Care or drop off for school-age students (we will still pick up)
Parents will be notified by email of school closures due to inclement weather.
You can also check the local news stations and if you see that 27-J, Bromley East Charter or Adams County Government offices are closed or on a late start schedule, we will do the same.
Please keep in mind there is no change in tuition for school closures.

This class is for children ages 3-5 years old and potty trained.
Before and After School

Before and After Care for
school-aged students includes transportation to and from
Bromley East Charter and Foundations.
Includes breakfast and afternoon snack.
Monday Care for
School-age Students
Monday 6:30am - 6:00pm
Includes breakfast and morning snack. Lunch and afternoon snack are provided by each parent.

This information will be updated for 2027-2028 in the spring of 2027
Regular tuition is charged for the entire 12-week program regardless of attendance or school closure.
Tuition is due before care is received.

2026 Activity Fees for Preschool and School-age students
A one-time activity fee is charged to each child at the beginning of Summer Camp.
This covers all field trips on location and in-house, plus crafts and activities for our summer curriculum.
