Enrollment Forms

The first step in our enrollment process is scheduling a tour and meeting with the director. If it is decided that FirstArt is a good fit and space is available, we will add your child to our class roster. At that point we will have you fill out the enrollment packet and pay the non-refundable enrollment fee. All fees and the first weeks tuition are due on or before your child's first day.
